By accessing the DripDok website at www.dripdok.com, submitting a protocol application, booking any service, or engaging with DripDok in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service & Sale.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DripDok IV Center Bali. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services or website.

DripDok provides premium, physician-supervised intravenous (IV) therapy and regenerative wellness services delivered to your location within Bali, Indonesia. Our service offerings include:

• NAD+ & NMN IV Protocols — Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide infusions for cellular restoration and longevity
• Myers' Cocktail IV — High-dose vitamin and mineral infusions for immune support and performance
• Methylene Blue Infusions — Mitochondrial and cognitive enhancement protocols
• Regenerative Stack IVs — Bespoke combination protocols designed to order
• Peptide Therapies — Custom-compounded peptide programmes (includes shipping from accredited labs)
• Exosome Therapy — Advanced regenerative cellular signalling treatments

All services are delivered by or under the direct supervision of a licensed physician. Service availability, pricing, and protocol recommendations are subject to clinical assessment and may vary based on individual health status.

DripDok's website, communications, educational content, and service descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

• No traditional physician-patient relationship is established through website use alone
• IV therapy is an elective wellness service — it is not a substitute for emergency care or primary healthcare
• Individual results vary significantly. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes
• You are responsible for disclosing all existing medical conditions, medications, and allergies prior to any session
• Our physician reserves the right to decline or modify treatment based on clinical assessment at any time

If you experience a medical emergency, dial your local emergency services immediately. DripDok services are not emergency medical services.

Access to certain DripDok protocols — including NAD+, NMN IV, Exosome, and Peptide programmes — requires prior clinical review and approval.

You are not eligible for DripDok services if:

• You are under 18 years of age
• You are pregnant or breastfeeding
• You have a known allergy to any IV components or excipients
• You have an active acute infection or uncontrolled medical condition on the day of treatment
• You have not disclosed relevant medical history at the time of booking

DripDok reserves the right to refuse service at our clinical discretion. In such cases, payment is refundable per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

DripDok reserves the right to reschedule due to physician availability or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full rescheduling or refund will be offered.

All prices are quoted in IDR or USD as displayed on our services page. Payment is due in full at the time of booking confirmation. We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cash (IDR) for self-booking sessions only.

Additional charges may apply for extended sessions, add-ons requested on the day, travel beyond our standard coverage zone, or after-hours bookings.

Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform to the extent caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, which could not reasonably have been anticipated, prevented, or overcome, including a binding governmental or regulatory order that directly prohibits performance, provided that the affected party:

• (a) promptly gives written notice;
• (b) uses reasonable efforts to mitigate the effect and resume lawful performance;
• (c) provides reasonable supporting evidence on request; and
• (d) is not relying on an event caused by its own breach, unlawful conduct, failure to obtain required permits or registrations, or failure to comply with applicable law.

Performance is suspended only for the duration and extent of the Force Majeure Event. If lawful fulfillment cannot occur within 30 days, the customer may cancel the unfulfilled portion of the order and receive a refund of amounts paid for that unfulfilled portion, unless mandatory law requires a different remedy. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights or any remedy required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DripDok, its physicians, staff, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. DripDok's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service session giving rise to the claim.

• IV therapy carries inherent medical risks, explained to you prior to treatment
• You assume full responsibility for your health decisions and consent freely to treatment
• DripDok is not responsible for adverse reactions from undisclosed medical history

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

All DripDok content — including text, images, logos, protocol frameworks, the Close Regenerative Index, educational materials, treatment names, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of DripDok. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any DripDok content without prior written consent.

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Notice & Policy →. Health information collected during screening and treatment is handled as sensitive personal data. We do not sell or share your health data with third parties except as required by law.

DripDok may update these Terms at any time. All changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then submitted to the courts of Bali, Indonesia.
