Exosomes are extracellular vesicles (EVs) — nanoscale particles naturally secreted by cells to carry bioactive cargo: proteins, lipids, mRNA, and microRNAs. They function as intercellular messengers, instructing recipient cells to modulate inflammation, repair tissue, and shift metabolic state.

At DripDok, we work with two distinct platforms. Allocyte (GENESIS) is a mesenchymal stem cell-derived EV preparation optimised for anti-inflammatory signalling, tissue repair mediation, and immune modulation. NanoEx (APEX) is a sub-100nm engineered exosome platform with enhanced cellular uptake kinetics and a tighter size distribution — relevant when deeper tissue penetration and CNS-associated applications are the target.

What is the difference between GENESIS and APEX? +

GENESIS uses the Allocyte platform — a mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosome preparation with 6 trillion particles per vial, optimised for anti-inflammatory signalling, immune modulation, and systemic tissue repair mediation. APEX uses the NanoEx platform — an engineered sub-100nm exosome with a tighter size distribution for improved cellular uptake kinetics. APEX is more specifically indicated for CNS-adjacent, neurological, and cognitive applications where particle size affects tissue penetration.

Why does it matter that your exosomes are manufactured in the USA? +

FDA facility registration and oversight imposes requirements on donor screening, sterility testing, endotoxin testing, pathogen screening, and batch documentation that are not required — and often not performed — in unregulated markets. Published literature has documented cases of disease transmission (including HIV) from unscreened biologic preparations, and identified mRNA and DNA contamination risks in non-GMP-compliant exosome products. US facility manufacturing is not a marketing claim for us — it is a safety standard we consider non-negotiable.

Can I see a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) before booking? +

Yes. We make batch CoAs available on request during the medical review process. Our CoAs include sterility, endotoxin, mycoplasma, and particle count verification. If any provider cannot produce documentation for the product they intend to administer, that is a significant red flag.

Why does booking require physician review? +

Exosome therapy is contraindicated in certain populations — including those with active malignancy, specific autoimmune conditions in flare, immune-compromised individuals, and those on certain immunosuppressive regimens. Our physician team screens every candidate before confirming suitability. This is not bureaucratic friction — it is responsible medicine. Note: Our Patient Relations team will be your contact point, but they are not doctors. All medical decisions are made by our physician.

How far in advance do I need to book? +

A minimum of 5–10 business days from confirmed booking to administration. This is required for US cold-chain shipping. We do not maintain pre-produced exosome stock due to product stability requirements. For sequential protocols requiring a Day 6 session, plan a minimum 7–10 day stay in Bali. We recommend enquiring at least 2 weeks before your intended session date.

Can I combine exosome therapy with other DripDok protocols? +

Yes — and combinations are often recommended. Think of exosomes like tiny packages that cells send out to communicate with other cells. These packages are like little bubbles that contain messages in the form of proteins (growth factors). They can be thought of as postcards that cells send to each other, sharing information about what’s happening inside the cell and what it needs from other cells.

Exosomes are still an area of active research, and there is not yet enough clinical evidence to definitively say what people usually experience after having exosomes intravenously (IV). However, early research suggests that the potential benefits of exosome therapy may vary depending on the condition being treated.

For example, in some studies, exosome therapy has shown promise in promoting tissue repair and regeneration, reducing inflammation, and modulating immune responses. In other studies, exosome therapy has been investigated for its potential to treat cancer, with some results showing that exosomes can inhibit tumor growth and improve response to chemotherapy.

It is important to note that as with any medical treatment, there can be risks and side effects associated with exosome therapy. These may include fever, chills, nausea, and allergic reactions, among others. It is important to discuss the potential risks and benefits of exosome therapy with a qualified healthcare provider before considering treatment.

What we are seeing between us and regenerative medicine specialists in the USA using the same product is:

Day 1-5: Significant mood improvements, breathing improvements, deeper sleep, and faster recovery.

It starts with a discovery call that is between 30-45 minutes.  On this call we will find out your goals, current status, and past history.

From there we will map your initial physiological state.  Depending on your needs and wants – you will be asked to do some simple blood tests to baseline your current internal status.

From there we set the goals, timelines and outcomes so that we can compound the most ideal infusion tailored specifically to you and your chemistry.  This takes between 3-5 days on average.

After, you will meet with the nurses and have the procedure explained in detail.  The nurse will then start the infusion, push or drip. 

Exosome treatment takes on average 15 minutes on the first day and 2-3 hours for the following treatment.

Before and after each procedure your vitals, objective metrics and subjective experience is documented and tracked.

Yes.  

The reason why we use our is because not only do celebrities, world class athletes and olympians use the same ones but they are significantly superior in performance and engineering.

The closest competitor has 20-40B exosomes per vial.  Our lab is able to get 3 trillion plus per vial.  

Other labs use engineered growth factors and tissues, we use bio-identical ethically donated growth factors.

Many labs only have 5-10 growth factors, ours uses over 1,600 that are matched to the internal environment of the womb.

Your body has not experienced this combination of growth factors since you were a fetus in development.

Exosome therapy takes 5-10 minutes.

The duration of exosome activity in the body after intravenous (IV) administration is still an area of ongoing research, and there is not yet enough clinical evidence to definitively say how long exosomes remain active in the body.

From our labs research, effects will carry on for up to 6-8 months depending on past and current medical health and lifestyle choices.

However, some studies have suggested that exosomes may have a longer duration of action compared to traditional drug therapies. Exosomes may be taken up by target cells and release their contents over time, which could result in sustained therapeutic effects.

It is important to note that the duration of exosome activity may vary depending on the specific condition being treated, the dose and route of administration, and other individual factors. Further research is needed to better understand the duration of exosome activity and its clinical implications.

Exosome IV is painless and quick.

With NAD+, the rate of the infusion is patient-specific. People receiving true NAD+ may experience an uncomfortable sensation in their chests, abdomens, heads or muscles.

What you can expect to feel with an NAD+ infusion.

This is common and normal.  We are able to easily reduce and often completely mitigate this with a anti-nausea infusion directly before.

Most often it seems to affect 
areas that have suffered from current or past inflammatory responses.

Some feel anxious or feel warmth come over their body. When the IV push rate is slowed down, these sensations resolve in a few seconds.

Over the course of treatments and as your body removes inflammation the rate can be gradually increased.

We use a specific IV push infusion pump to track rate of flow, total volume utilized/remaining so that we can increase or decrease so that you have a quantified experience.

Our stats show that rate of infusion can be increased by a rate of 0.5 – 1 ml per hour every 10 ml.  The starting rate it individually dependent.

Exosomes are generally considered safe because they are derived from rigorously screened and tested donor cells or the patient’s own cells. Our exosomes are ethically sourced and assessed according to various US certifications (USP, ISO, CAP, CLIA). However, like any medical treatment, exosome therapy carries potential risks and side effects. These may include fever, chills, nausea, and allergic reactions, among others. It is important to consult with a qualified healthcare provider before considering treatment. Our company and the clinics using our product have had no negative incidents or reviews to date. It is also important to note that exosome therapy is not yet FDA-approved for the treatment of any specific condition.

NAD+ infusion therapy is a completely safe treatment option as it is a natural substance used in the body. DripDok ensures the highest quality with low endotoxin rates, and we are very meticulous about the molecule’s storage.

However, like any IV treatment, there is a small risk of bleeding and infection at the site where the needle is placed.

It is important to tailor the infusion treatments to the patient’s specific needs, taking into account their lab work, symptoms, and goals. Some patients may experience discomfort during IV NAD+ therapy.

Feelings such as warming of the chest and nausea, but these can usually be mitigated with light medication, slower infusion rates and clear communication with the nurse.

NAD+ should not be used if you currently have cancer or are in remission within the last six months.

If you have a history of cancer, please inform us, as there are ways to still have a successful infusion if conditions are appropriate.
