Attendance, Data Compliance
& Right to Decline Policy

This document governs every patient engagement at Dripdok. Acceptance of a consultation booking constitutes full acknowledgement of these terms. There are no exceptions.

Context

Why This Policy Exists

Dripdok operates a two-consultation-per-day model. Each slot represents not only Dr. Close’s direct clinical time, but the compounding laboratory resources, pre-prepared sterile preparations, and operational infrastructure required to deliver a standard of care that does not exist elsewhere in Southeast Asia. This policy exists because clinical excellence and patient safety are incompatible with disorganisation, data gaps, or disrespect for scheduled time. It is not punitive — it is protective of every patient who takes their health seriously.

Section 01

Pre-Consultation Data Requirements

The Dripdok four-engine assessment (BCE · RVI · BCC · WIM) requires a complete, correctly formatted data submission prior to the consultation. The consult does not begin until all three data gates are satisfied.

GATE 01
Blood Panel Upload
Minimum 10-biomarker panel uploaded to CarePatron as a legible PDF or image. Partial panels, photos of screens, or unreadable files are rejected. The consult is held until a clean upload is received. No exceptions.
GATE 02
Wearable / Biometric Data
Exported data from Apple Watch, Oura, Garmin, or WHOOP submitted in the required format. If you do not use a wearable device, this must be explicitly confirmed in writing to Angelo prior to the consult — not disclosed on the call.
GATE 03
Intake Form Completion
Full medical history, current medications, supplement stack, and the mandatory compliance question — “What are you prepared to change?” — completed in full. Vague or single-sentence answers are returned for revision before the slot is confirmed.
Deadline: All three gates must be closed no later than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. Gates not closed by this deadline trigger an automatic hold. Angelo will send a single WhatsApp reminder. If no response within 2 hours of that deadline, the slot is released and the patient is moved to the waitlist.
Section 02

Late Arrival & Attendance

The definition of ‘on time’ is connection to the call within 60 seconds of the scheduled start. Technical difficulties notified to Angelo via WhatsApp before the scheduled start are treated as a grace case at Dr. Close’s sole discretion. Technical difficulties reported after the scheduled start are treated as late arrival.

Cancellation & No Show Fee Schedule

Fees are invoiced via Stripe within 24 hours and are payable within 48 hours. Unpaid fees result in immediate suspension of services. No protocol, no prescription, no follow-up communication is provided until outstanding fees are cleared in full.

Section 04

Zero Tolerance: Incomplete Data & Non-Responsive Patients

Dripdok does not chase patients for data, documents, or responses. This is a firm operational position. Incomplete data is not a minor inconvenience — it is a patient safety risk that compromises the integrity of the four-engine assessment and every clinical decision derived from it.

Operational Rule
The One-Reminder Rule
One reminder. 24-hour window. Then it escalates.
Angelo will issue exactly one reminder for any outstanding item — data, payment, consent, or response. If no action is taken within 24 hours, the matter is escalated to Dr. Close for a service decision. There are no second reminders, no follow-up calls, and no exceptions for inconvenience, travel, or work commitments.

Automatic escalation triggers (any single occurrence):

  • Submitting fabricated, altered, or third-party blood panel results
  • Providing incorrect medical history that materially affects clinical decisions
  • Consistently submitting data in non-specified formats after correction
  • Failing to respond to Angelo within 24 hours of a protocol-relevant query
  • Misrepresenting current medications, supplements, or recreational substances
  • Sharing or distributing Dripdok protocols, pricing, or compounding details externally
Section 05

Dripdok’s Unconditional Right to Decline or Discontinue Services

Dripdok reserves the absolute right to decline an initial consultation, discontinue an active protocol, or permanently close a patient relationship at any time, with or without stated cause. This right exists independently of any fee paid, protocol started, or prior relationship established. It is exercised solely at Dr. Close’s clinical and operational discretion and is not subject to negotiation, appeal, or external review.

This right is unconditional.
It does not require explanation, justification, or notice beyond a single written communication.
It applies equally to prospective patients, active patients, and former patients seeking re-entry.

Non-exhaustive grounds for exercising this right

Clinical Unsuitability
Biomarkers, comorbidities, or risk profile incompatible with safe protocol delivery at the standard Dripdok requires.
→ No fee charged if identified at pre-consult screening
Non-Compliance History
Two or more policy violations within a 6-month period, regardless of severity or stated justification.
→ Any outstanding fees remain payable in full
Behavioural Incompatibility
Conduct that is disrespectful, threatening, or abusive toward any member of the Dripdok team at any point in the patient relationship.
→ Immediate and permanent closure. No rebooking. No appeal.
Data Integrity Failure
Submission of falsified, altered, or materially misleading clinical information at any stage of the patient journey.
→ Immediate closure. Fees not refunded.
Operational Disruption
Repeated failure to meet data gates, attendance standards, or payment timelines after written notice.

Clinical Judgement
Dr. Close determines that the patient’s goals, expectations, or approach to care are incompatible with the Dripdok clinical model — at any time, for any reason.
→ No explanation required beyond notification of closure

Where clinical records are relevant to the patient’s ongoing care, a summary will be provided to a nominated treating physician upon written request. This does not constitute an obligation to continue care or to re-engage the patient in any capacity.

Section 06

Patient Acknowledgement

Acceptance of a Dripdok consultation booking — whether via WhatsApp confirmation, payment of any fee, or submission of intake data — constitutes full acknowledgement and acceptance of this policy in its entirety. No separate signature is required. Patients who do not accept these terms are respectfully directed to seek care through an alternative provider.

Binding on acceptance
This policy does not require a signed copy to be enforceable. The act of confirming a consultation, submitting intake data, or making payment binds the patient to every term herein, in full.
