What the panel measures
This assessment looks at both the toxic elements you want to keep low and the essential minerals you need in balance. It uses ICP-MS — the laboratory gold standard for element analysis — which detects concentrations down to parts-per-trillion for a genuinely sensitive picture.
Toxic Elements
Markers such as arsenic, cadmium and mercury — metals linked to fatigue, cognitive and organ stress when they build up.
Essential Minerals
Elements including selenium, zinc, copper, magnesium and iodine that are only healthy within an optimal range.
