A booking is confirmed when you have received written confirmation from DripDok staff, or when payment has been received. Unconfirmed tentative bookings may be cancelled without charge.
Once confirmed, this policy applies in full. Verbal bookings are not confirmed bookings. Confirmation is always via WhatsApp message, email, or payment receipt from DripDok.
NAD+ Therapy & Advanced IV Protocols: Once payment is confirmed, compounding of short shelf-life materials begins and your clinical time slot is reserved. You will be refunded 75% of your total invoice.
Standard IV Therapies: Cancellations 24+ hours in advance receive a 75% refund. Under 24 hours: non-refundable.
Peptide Therapy: Custom-ordered and compounded peptides are non-refundable once your lab order has been placed (typically within 2–6 hours of payment). Shipped peptides and medical equipment cannot be returned.
Exosome & Advanced Regenerative Stacks: Minimum 72 hours notice required for 75% refund. Under 72 hours: no refund.
No-shows and same-day cancellations are treated as confirmed appointments and are non-refundable across all service types. Please contact us as early as possible — we will always try to accommodate genuine emergencies.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing:
Send your cancellation via WhatsApp or email with your name, appointment date, and service booked. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request in writing, usually within 2–4 hours during business hours.
Where applicable, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Rescheduling is treated as a cancellation of the original appointment and a new booking. The same notice requirements apply. Where adequate notice is given and materials have not yet been committed, we will accommodate rescheduling at no additional charge where possible.
