Research Paper 1: Intravenous NAD+ in Elderly Humans #
Source: Braidy (2018)
Intravenous NAD+ effectively increased the NAD metabolome, reduced oxidative stress and inflammation, and increased expression of longevity genes safely in elderly humans. This study found that repeat doses of IV NAD+ increased NAD+ metabolite levels, reduced oxidative stress, and boosted the expression of genes linked to longevity without major adverse effects.
Research Paper 2: 6-Hour NAD+ IV Infusion Pilot Study #
Source: Grant et al. (2019)
This pilot study documented how NAD+ and its metabolites change during and after a 6-hour IV infusion of NAD+. The study revealed that NAD+ was rapidly removed from the plasma for the first 2 hours and later metabolized. Urinary excretion of NAD+ and methyl nicotinamide was observed, with no significant plasma rise until after 2 hours.
Key Note: This is why Dripdok ensures proper drip rate by body weight, age and other metabolic factors to ensure complete intracellular uptake. Low doses and fast pushes result in rapid metabolism of NAD+ to AMP rather than improving mitochondrial health and DNA repair.
Research Paper 3: NAD+ in Age-Related Degenerative Disorders #
Source: Braidy & Liu (2020)
This systematic review found that NAD+ levels decline with age, and boosting NAD+ can potentially improve health outcomes in degenerative conditions. The long-term effects of raising NAD+ levels in humans remain under investigation.
Research Paper 4: Therapeutic Potential of NAD-Boosting Molecules #
Source: Rajman et al. (2018)
This review highlights how IV NAD+ can act as a signaling molecule to regulate metabolic and cellular processes. NAD+ supplementation has shown promise in extending the lifespan of animals and potentially enhancing human healthspan through mechanisms like DNA repair and immune function.
Dripdok’s Clinical Data (2024) #
Patients who undergo monthly 250mg NAD+ infusions post-protocols, combined with daily use of our ultra-high absorption NMN or Tri-Revive Sublingual Powder, have experienced extraordinary results. Our data collected from over 50 patients shows an average reduction in DNA methylation age by 15 years over the course of 1.5 years.
