Oura Ring #

1. Open the Oura App and navigate to Settings (gear icon).
2. Select Account then tap Export Data.
3. Choose time period, select CSV format, and download to your device.

Apple Watch (Health Export CSV App) #

1. Download the Health Export CSV app from the App Store.
2. Grant health data permissions, select data types and time range.
3. Tap Export to generate CSV and save to your device.

Garmin Watches #

1. Open Garmin Connect and navigate to More then Settings.
2. Tap Export Your Data, choose time period and CSV format, then download.

Whoop #

1. Open the Whoop App and go to Profile then Settings then Data Export.
2. Choose time frame and CSV format, then download.

Fitbit #

1. Open Fitbit Dashboard on your computer and click the gear icon.
2. Navigate to Settings then Data Export, choose date range and CSV format.

Ultrahuman Ring #

1. Ensure your ring is synced, then navigate to Settings or Profile then Data Export.
2. Select date range, choose CSV or XML format, and confirm export.
3. You may receive an email download link or direct download from the app.

Sending Your Data to Dripdok #

• Email: Send as an attachment to data@dripdok.com

Data Privacy #

All data is encrypted and private, adhering to HIPAA and SOC2 compliance. Data can be fully deleted on request by contacting us directly.
